Amsterdam’s Minerva port zone, one of the oldest areas of the city, is in the midst of change. The site’s layout with its many small lots is no longer suitable for port or industrial activity. Its location, however, meets the growing needs of businesses connected both with the port and the city. The project will transform the site into a space for tertiary activities, IT enterprises and artists’ workshops.

Depuis le 1er janvier 2006 Amsterdam Port Authority a changé de dénomination pour devenir Port of Amsterdam.
