Fore River, a Boston shipyard that was one of the busiest in the world, is going to be transformed into a village with condominiums, offices, shops and restaurants. Dan Quirk is ready to invest there and this year will unveil a master- plan for the 110 hectares of the site. He has no fears about the industrial environment opposite. The proximity of Marina Bay to the North, and of a similar development to the South, are for him an additional advantage, as is the accessibility from the river.
