The redevelopment of the "Starlettes territory" in Strasburg is starting. Former port land-sites dedicated mainly to coal, this total site of nearly 9 hectares is destined to become a new centre for services enabling the Port Autonome to diversify their offer and to propose a contemporary waterway façade. An office block, a collection of buildings dedicated to tertiary activities and services, and a hotel complex are notably planned. The site could house about 1900 direct jobs.
