The posing of the foundation stone of the "Docks 76" operation in Rouen took place on 13th June 2007. The rehabilitation of these warehouses of the years 1900 -1950 was awarded to the architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. 35 800 m², including 13 500 reserved for leisure activities, will be developed there for an investment of 100 million euros. The opening Is planned in the Spring of 2009.
