At the moment of celebrating its 70th birthday, the Autonomous Port of Liege is continuing to develop. In 2006, overall traffic represented over 20 million tonnes of goods. For the future, the port underlines the importance of redeploying waterway activities already put in motion. Similarly, the Trilogiport project for a logistics centre (see our news 1922) is seen as a major challenge.
