With 34.5 million tonnes in 2006, the port of Nantes Saint-Nazaire equalled their historic record of the previous year. Energy traffics account for the largest share, but the diversification policy undertaken over the last few years constitutes one of their main cards. The reorganisation of the management team around services to customers and numerous projects such as those for Montoir and East Donges where works will start this year can only reinforce this vitality.
