The European Commission has launched a wide year-long consultation procedure on the Green Paper adopted in June 2005. The numerous contributions received on the various orientations of the future European maritime policy and the proposed means of actions are now available for downloading. A synthesis and proposals will be formulated by the Commission at the end of 2007.
