The construction of a yacht harbour with 700 moorings figures amongst the operations planned in the context of the redevelopment of the former shipyards in La Seyne-sur-Mer. The market has been awarded to the Cari grouping, associated with the architect Jean-Paul Viguier. On the basis of a 20 year concession, the restructuring of the existing infrastructures and the development of 10 000m² of retail outlets are planned. This is the first project for a yacht harbour along the coast of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur Region for 20 years.
