On the basis of a 75 year long-term concession, the developers will be asked to present a project combining offices, apartments, retail outlets, a hotel and a park over 186 000 m². The operation could generate 8 million dollars a year, more than double the sum that the Giants, the biggest tenant of the port, currently pay.
