Within the framework of the second stage of the city-port project of Saint-Nazaire, a wooden warehouse -a testimony of the port heritage of the 1950's is planned to be moved and established alongside the estuary, near to the Vieux Môle. It would be a matter of turning it into an indoor public place allowing to host events and, at the same time, inciting to new daily practices by the sea. It would also be developped within the framework of the "Plan Lumière" ("Light Plan") of the city.
