Cyrus Ngo’o promotes AIVP with the PMAWCA Council

Cyrus Ngo’o, Chief Executive of the Autonomous Port of Douala and AIVP Vice-President for the Africa region, was at the 38th meeting of the Council of the Port Management Association of West and Central Africa last February, to promote AIVP, in Dakar (Senegal).

The PMAWCA Council brings together regional port authorities in West Africa, alongside experts, local community groups and municipalities, and government authorities, with a focus on specific themes. For more information on PMAWCA, click here  (in French).

Mr Ngo’o presented the AIVP’s work and highlighted the benefits of city-port dialogue. He also talked about AIVP’s thirty-year history and continuous development in Africa since the worldwide network’s creation. A regional meeting of AIVP’s African members will take place in Abidjan in March 2018.  Cyrus Ngo'o
