– questions linked to port services and redistribution of the wealth produced in the port value chain.
– the management of maritime terminals between legislation and reality: Decree DM11/97 (services of general interest and state maritime concessions in the cruise ship market), and the permits issued under art. 16 of Law 84/94 on cruise ships.
– the relation between cruise ports and the local situation, between City and Port, between revenue sources and perpetual criticism.

In 2000 Lelio Matteuzzi graduated at the IULM University – Faculty of Communication Sciences. Then he had the Master in Corporate Communication and Marketing at the Monnet University in Paris.
For the Port Autority of Civitavecchia, Fiumicino and Gaeta he was responsible for Port’s Market analysis, drafting of the White Paper of the ports of the Tyrrhenian Sea with the average analysis in port tariffs and infrastructure needs in collaboration with the Marconsult Ltd. Genoa’s maritime economy and the Faculty of the University of Genoa. His position is Office Manager for Port Operations, Safety and Permissions. Moreover, he is responsible for the European programs for the Port Authority.
