Lisbon: Campus do Mar, a 64 hectare project along the Tagus

Campus do Mar (Ocean Campus) will be developed between Lisbon and Oeiras in three phases leading up to 2030. The aim is to establish Portugal as an international player in R&D and training in the fields of marine science and the blue economy. The project also includes plans for a marina, hotels, restaurants, public spaces,… Three-quarters of the 300 million euro budget will be financed by private funds.
