Situated 2 blocks away from Bahía Serena Beach, in the area of the 12th kilometer marker on Bustillo Avenue, the main access to the center of the city, the Llao-Llao and Mount Catedral, it lies close to a small commercial center which stands only one block away, where visitors may find a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, restaurant, handicrafts store, brewery, telephone booths and telecenter, amongst other services.
The cabin is furnished with all the amenities to accommodate 4/5 guests. It has a bedroom on the top floor with a master bed, heating and fully-equipped bathroom, as well as a sitting-room with a bar and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and oven, full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also cable TV, twin beds, white linen and towels. And for gatherings with friends or the family, there is a large grill, a shady lawn and a roofed garage by the cabin.
