Meeting point for the shuttle bus : Hotel Ibis Antwerpen Centrum (for transfers to Havencentrum Lillo on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 April morning). Exact timing will be communicated later on to the delegates.

Participation and registration fees

The participation is limited to 45 AIVP delegates. The AIVP will be able to cancel the meeting in the event of participation lower than 20 people.
Registration fees include participation in different working sessions and technical visits, lunches of 27 and 28 April 2016.

AIVP Expert: 120 € (VAT excluded)

Passport, visa and invitation letter

Belgium is included in the Schengen Area. Delegates are invited:
– to be responsible themselves for complying with all the conditions required for entry into Belgium;
– to keep themselves informed on a regular basis of changes which might affect these conditions considering the international situation.

Working languages

Simultaneous translation in French, English and Spanish will be available during all working sessions and main visits.
