International association of local and regional authorities and communities focused on sharing experience and sustainable development strategies. Collaborates on events with AIVP.

The World Bank

International organisation for sustainable development projects in developing countries. City-port cooperation is seen as a strategic issue.

Joint publications. International organisation for economic development and quality of life. Areas of action include the development of port cities as part of a “city-port” collaborative approach.

World Urban Campaign

UN Habitat platform for sharing knowledge and networking, to promote the global urban agenda. AIVP is a partner organisation.

RETE

International association of port city development stakeholders, focused on urban and spatial planning, architecture, and research. MoU signed with AIVP in 2012.

PROCIP

Regional organisation for city-port cooperation in Central America in conjunction with the University of Costa Rica. MoU signed with AIVP in 2010.
