The final decision will be taken by the Grand Jury based both on the Expert Panel recommendations and an in-person interview of the finalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Expert panel is led by <a href=\"https:\/\/aivp-rufenacht-prize.org\/en\/carola-hein-co-chair-of-the-expert-panel\/\">Carola Hein<\/a>, who is Professor and Head of the Chair History of Architecture and Urban Planning at Delft University of Technology (Netherlands). She is the founding director of the PortCityFutures Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Grand Jury is chaired by <a href=\"https:\/\/aivp-rufenacht-prize.org\/en\/geraldine-knatz-co-chair-of-the-grand-jury\/\">Geraldine Knatz<\/a> who was the first woman to serve as the Executive Director of the Port of Los Angeles. She is also the former chairwoman of the American Association of Port Authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The official Prize ceremony will take place during the next AIVP World Conference, which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from 27 to 29 November 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t miss this chance to showcase your project.
