The 24-ha site will feature 6,000 homes (2,400 affordable), 11 ha of new open space, and over 25,500 m\u00b2 of industrial and commercial facilities, plus cultural and community hubs. Resiliency works will guard against rising seas and storms. Expected to deliver \u20ac17B in economic impact, the project will create 37,000 construction jobs and 2,000 permanent jobs.
