On this occasion, Mr. Philippe, expressed his strong wish to promote relations between Le Havre and Vietnamese cities, especially port cities, to exchange on experiences and good practices. He wished to enhance the assets of both France and Vietnam in economic development and maritime transport and logistics. These aims are an integral part of the AIVP\u2019s mission. To establish partnerships and cooperation projects, he proposed the twinning of Le Havre with a coastal city in Vietnam.
