:CCI métropolitaine Bretagne Ouest (CCIMBO) is a public body. It has multiple missions such as : represent the interests of « its » 33 000 companies located in Finistère area (shops, tourism, industry and services) by public authorities ; inform and assist companies in every stage of their development (creation - transmission, legal formalities, animation of business nurseries, networks, …) ; observe, analyze, conduct surveys and prospective tasks for the account of all the actors of the territories covered like public local authorities, companies, schools, universities, etc. ; provide vocational training and graduation throughout managers’ professional life and also for employees, young people and job-seekers ; manage major public facilities and equipments such as ports (all through a direct management except for the fishery auction of Brest being managed through a majority share management) as well as airports (through a direct management in Morlaix and a majority management for both Brest and Quimper within the framework of private companies) ; manage structuring equipments for the territory like airports, fishing ports, commercial ports and marinas. CCIMBO contributes 2,2 % - representing 15 billion out of a total of the 684 billion estimated value of the Finistère (source : Goodwill - 2017).
