Durante la primera parte de la sesi\u00f3n, las ciudades de Brest (Francia), Cork (Irlanda), Den Helder (Pa\u00edses Bajos) y Svendborg (Dinamarca) presentaron los retos a los que se enfrentan en relaci\u00f3n con la implantaci\u00f3n de las energ\u00edas renovables y la descarbonizaci\u00f3n."}
