El plan cubre una superficie de 28,5 hect\u00e1reas y representa una inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada en torno a los 4,5 mil millones de dirhams. Adem\u00e1s de proyectos comerciales privados tales como hoteles, un centro de congresos, un centro comercial o un cine, incluye tambi\u00e9n un nuevo puerto pesquero, una nueva mezquita y un nuevo puerto deportivo, ya finalizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las principales innovaciones es el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tangerport.com\/en\/cable-car-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">telef\u00e9rico <\/a>que conecta a diferentes zonas con el centro de la ciudad. La nueva l\u00ednea comunicar\u00e1, a lo largo de unos 1800 metros, al Kasbah (fuerte) con los terminales de cruceros y de transbordador, con los puertos deportivos y con la plaza Faro. Esta soluci\u00f3n de circulaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica se adecua a las restricciones que impone el lugar (su topograf\u00eda, l\u00edmites a los servicios viales, entre otros), y har\u00e1 posible un tr\u00e1fico de unas 2800 personas por hora. El principal elemento es la g\u00f3ndola monocable con asientos para entre diez y doce ocupantes y una operaci\u00f3n unidireccional continua.
