Photo- Patrik Dronetjenester.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las directrices ofrecen orientaciones para cada una de las decisiones est\u00e9ticas relativas al paseo mar\u00edtimo y sector industrial de Sydhavna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El plan para la ciudad del fiordo (Fjordbyen)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En enero de 2000, el ayuntamiento de Oslo reserv\u00f3 para desarrollo urbano una gran extensi\u00f3n del dominio portuario. Veinte a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, el paseo mar\u00edtimo, de nueve kil\u00f3metros de longitud, conecta una variedad de sectores diferentes del borde costero y ofrece a los residentes de Oslo acceso a una extensa zona recreativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La consolidaci\u00f3n del puerto industrial de Sydhavna, a tres kil\u00f3metros del centro de la ciudad, ofrece m\u00e1s terrenos a la reurbanizaci\u00f3n. Esto permitir\u00e1 la ampliaci\u00f3n del paseo mar\u00edtimo del puerto y la construcci\u00f3n de edificios residenciales y zonas recreativas con \u00e1reas verdes y zonas de ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oportunidades est\u00e9ticas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fjordbyen le presenta a los arquitectos, paisajistas, ingenieros y otros profesionales, una serie de opciones est\u00e9ticas tan desafiantes como emocionantes. A medida que, con la llegada del nuevo milenio, las posibilidades de desarrollo urbano cobraban impulso dentro del puerto y en torno a este, el puerto comenz\u00f3 a necesitar un exhaustivo plan que garantizara su integridad est\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El puerto de Oslo elabor\u00f3 directrices est\u00e9ticas para Vippetangen (2012) y para un racionalizado puerto industrial en Sydhavna (2011). Las directrices para Vippetangen fueron sustituidas dos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde por el plan Harbor Promenade in Oslo &#8211; Principles and Strategic (Paseo mar\u00edtimo en Oslo: principios y plan estrat\u00e9gico). El plan, desarrollado al alero de la Ciudad de Oslo, reuni\u00f3 a aquellos participantes clave cuyas empresas o actividad comercial se lleva a cabo a lo largo del paseo mar\u00edtimo o junto a este. Photo Ivan Brody.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las directrices est\u00e9ticas lo contemplan todo, desde la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica hasta los grandes proyectos de construcci\u00f3n de edificios y carreteras. Tambi\u00e9n se establecieron directrices sobre estructuras que incluyen esquemas de color para dep\u00f3sitos y gr\u00faas de contenedores de Sydhavna. Una de las metas es la conservaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del potencial est\u00e9tico de las estructuras que ya existen y entregar orientaciones generales para las nuevas construcciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conector urbano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En Byhavna, (el puerto de la ciudad) el paseo conectar\u00e1 el borde costero completo, de oeste a este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principios generales consideran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aumentar el acceso entre la ciudad y sus v\u00edas navegables.<\/li><li>Crear contexto e identidad.<\/li><li>Crear y desarrollar sectores excepcionales del paseo.<\/li><li>Integrar los espacios de encuentro y actividad del p\u00fablico.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La adhesi\u00f3n a estos principios generales ayudar\u00e1 a garantizar que cada sector del paseo mar\u00edtimo tenga su propio car\u00e1cter distintivo. Photo: Hans Kristian Riise.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El mejor espacio urbano al aire libre de Noruega<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019, R\u00e5dhusbrygge 2 fue elegido como el mejor espacio urbano al aire libre de Noruega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e5dhusbrygge 2 es uno de los muchos muelles que ofrecen acceso directo al borde costero desde R\u00e5dhusplassen (la plaza del ayuntamiento). Desde all\u00ed se tienen espectaculares perspectivas de la fortaleza y de varias islas del fiordo de Oslo. \u201cQuer\u00edamos que R\u00e5dhusbrygge 2 fuera un hito \u00fanico que facilitara la reuni\u00f3n del p\u00fablico\u201d, dice Erlend Pehrson, arquitecto paisajista del puerto de Oslo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cR\u00e5dhusbrygge 2 es el m\u00e1s popular de los muelles dedicados a la recreaci\u00f3n y a los eventos p\u00fablicos del sector. El proyecto tiene integrados hermosas zonas exteriores y divertidos elementos. Utilizamos materiales org\u00e1nicos, adoquines, madera, y redes de pesca en los sitios de descanso y vidrio en algunos sectores del muelle, lo que permite a los visitantes mirar bajo el agua. El borde costero permite que las personas puedan tomar distancia del bullicio de la ciudad. Skur 13, que antiguamente era un dep\u00f3sito de papel, es un buen ejemplo de un sitio de pruebas provisorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSkur 13 no se prestaba para las operaciones portuarias de tipo industrial, ya que estaba ubicado en el puerto de la ciudad. Recomendamos su transformaci\u00f3n en un centro recreativo y llegamos a un acuerdo con el organismo medioambiental de municipal y con la Asociaci\u00f3n de patinaje de Oslo. El resultado fue un sal\u00f3n que presta servicios para deportes y actividades autogestionadas tales como el patinaje y entrenamiento de alta intensidad\u201d, dice Pehrson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cartera inmobiliaria del puerto de Oslo crea oportunidad para facilitar el desarrollo. Skur 13 tiene una amplia visibilidad y una atractiva ubicaci\u00f3n cerca del centro de la ciudad. El parque se construy\u00f3 en torno a la escultura \u00abLos marinos\u00bb de Per Palle Storm, que ha estado en el lugar desde 1992 y recuerda a todos quienes sirvieron en la Flota com\u00fan (1510 a 1814) y a la Marina Real de Noruega (1814 a 1945). Se parte de la premisa de que los habitantes de la ciudad perciben el puerto como una iniciativa din\u00e1mica y emocionante. Por lo mismo, las operaciones portuarias deben estar a la vista de la poblaci\u00f3n urbana, y no ocultas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sydhavna, impulsada por las necesidades y demandas de los clientes del puerto, se desarrolla en forma constante y din\u00e1mica. Es por ello que resulta dif\u00edcil establecer un minucioso plan de largo plazo para Sydhavna desde la perspectiva est\u00e9tica, ya que no es posible predecir el tipo de edificios o de infraestructura que se requerir\u00e1 en apoyo de futuras operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las directrices son, sin embargo, una herramienta pr\u00e1ctica para los arquitectos y dem\u00e1s profesionales que trabajan en las materias est\u00e9ticas y estructurales de Sydhavna.
