Fremantle: the city makes plans to redevelop the South zone a priority

fremantle_dd_2017janvier20The aim is to turn the 15.7 hectare South Quay into a tourist hub, transforming the view for cruise passengers alighting in this zone. The site is currently used mainly for storing cars. Non-cruise activities will gradually be relocated to the North sector of the port. The project is expected to generate 3,700 jobs and draw AUS$ 3.5 billion of private investment.
