The founder members of the Le Havre Port Centre sign the AIVP Missions Charter of a Port Centre
Edouard Philippe, Mayor of Le Havre, Hervé Martel, Chairman of the Grand Port Maritime du Havre’s board of management, Vianney de Chalus, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and François Guerin, Member of the Maritime and Port Union officially opened the Le Havre Port Centre on 9 December. They signed the Missions Charter of a Port Centre at the opening ceremony.
The Charter was drafted with contributions from the members of the Port Centre Network. Its object is to exchange views and help a port citizen culture to emerge. Signature by the Le Havre authorities will soon be followed by others early in 2014, particularly the founder members of the Port Centre Network: Havencentrum Lillo Anvers and Genoa Port Centre.
We invite members of the AIVP network who are interested in the Charter and who are working on a Port Centre project to contact us: Greta Marini firstname.lastname@example.org
