The metropolis of Nice Côte d'Azur manages 8 ports, which were grouped together at the formation of an inter-communal organisation which today promotes the Ports d'Azur network, with more than 3500 berths. Ports d'Azur, as the port of entry for the territory of Nice, and the players involved in its economic development form the links between users, visitors and locals. In its effort to improve its basic public service mission, the users of which are the pleasure-boating community, the metropolis of Nice is now introducing a plan for the promotion, management and sustainable development of Ports d'Azur: Marque "Ports d'Azur".
