The 7th meeting of the MedCruise-AIVP Joint Working Group on Cruise and Port Cities was held last week on the 4th of May. The meeting focused on an overview of activities carried out in 2021-2022 and looked ahead to the aims and targets set out for 2023. The participants of this Working Group include ports from Canada, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Turkey. The new goal of the group will be to identify key principles for sustainable cruise activities in port cities and draft a base document that can be use by its members to foster local agreements.
