On February 15th, during a trip to Vietnam, Edouard Philippe, Mayor of Le Havre and President of the AIVP, visited Piriou’s X51 Nha May shipyard in Ho Chi Minh City, where one of the first two modern cargo ships in the TOWT – Transport à la Voile fleet is currently under construction.
