Since 2021, Eiffage Concessions has been operating the Marina Baie des Anges marina in Villeneuve-Loubet (Alpes-Maritimes) in partnership with Sodeports and has made significant investments to modernize, redevelop, and enhance this exceptional site.

Since January 1, 2024, Eiffage Concessions, in partnership with Sodeports, has also been operating 10 ports located in the Toulon harbor, including those at Vieille Darse and Darse Nord, as well as those at La Seyne-sur-Mer and Saint-Mandrier. Modernization and climate change adaptation work is currently underway.

Eiffage Concessions is also the main partner of the Grand Port de Marseille-Fos in the redevelopment of its port assets (Hall J0) and the construction of its new headquarters (Phare Project).
