Activities
The MAP-oi Agency acts as project manager for Local Authorities, Public Institutions, and private operators in their port development, urban planning, and architectural projects.
Led by architect DPLG and urban planner Voninkazo Randrianarisolo, and port urban planning expert Serge Mammarella, the agency brings together two decades of action and experience to serve the projects of Cities and Ports: land regeneration, industrial and logistics development, management of city-port / port-nature interfaces, redevelopment of marinas, adaptation of infrastructures to climate change, and more.
Our involvement within the AIVP is deeply rooted in the legacy of architect-urban planner Guy Daher (1937–2024), founding member of the AIVP, with whom Serge Mammarella collaborated for ten years within Atelier 9.
