Green Corridor Interview: Halifax Port Authority

Green Corridors were introduced through the Clydebank Declaration, which launched at COP26 in Glasgow in 2021. Their intent is to support the establishment of zero-emission shipping routes between two ports and help decarbonize the maritime sector. The Port of Halifax is a key partner in the green corridor between Halifax and Hamburg. To find out more about this green corridor, read the interview with Captain Allan Gray.

AIVP joins Cruise Week Europe in Genoa 

From the 11th to the 14th of March 2024 CLIA Cruise week Europe took place in the Italian port city of Genoa. AIVP was active during the event represented by José Manuel Pagés Sánchez that joined the roundtable "Smart Cities for Managed Cruise Tourism", with other experts including Davide Falteri, national VP of Federlogistica, Consigliere delegato of Genoa Municipality and Carlos Romero, Director of Tourism Research, Development and Innovation of SEGITTUR.
