The AIVP General Assembly was held by videoconference on Thursday 15 June 2023 under the chairmanship of Mr Edouard Philippe. At the meeting, members approved the financial results of AIVP and the 2023 programme of activities.
The year 2023 will be marked by three key events:

  1. Following the success of the 2022 edition, in October we are relaunching a double edition of our e-learning course on sustainable port cities. We are offering you access to 72 hours of training, the quality and relevance of which were highlighted by participants in the first edition. Please note that places are limited!
  2. The AIVP’s 2030 Agenda and the commitments it contains will also be at the heart of our actions. We are planning various ratifications by City-Port pairs. We will be providing you with a self-assessment tool that will enable you to take the full measure of your initiatives and results in relation to the 10 objectives of our agenda. We will be launching the first edition of the AIVP Antoine Rufenacht International Prize, which will be awarded to an outstanding City-Port operation.
  3. Finally, we will be meeting you in Italy for our AIVP Venice 2023 conference from 16 to 18 November on the theme of ‘Linking Ports and Citizens: A shared vision for the Future‘. This global gathering of stakeholders in the sustainable development of port cities will enable you to take stock of the challenges, draw inspiration from the projects of your counterparts, and find the contacts and partners you need to implement your strategies. Our aim is to put the conviviality of the AIVP network at the service of your projects! If you would like to be informed when registration opens and benefit from a preferential rate :
